We have an adoption update sent in from Jesse! Jesse adopted Bashful last year and originally wasn’t looking for a cat and came in to simply say hello, but Bashful quickly claimed Jesse anyway.
“When I came in he, just layed in my lap and did not let me get up,” Jesse shares.
Since moving to Grand Junction, Bashful adjusted well and acclimated to the other cats and dog in the house.
“Bashful is a beautiful cat and is now my registered emotional support animal,” Jesse told us. “He has helped me with my depression and anxiety, and I love him so much for that. He has saved my life.”
