Please keep the information on this page confidential and remember to log out anytime you’re using a shared device.

Using VicNet/Volgistics

Access VicNet/Volgistics here to log your time, track your hours, view and manage schedules, and pick up open shifts. We recommend bookmarking this page for easy access. It is the only website where you will be able to access our CCS database.

Note: If you are logging in for the first time, please hit the Forgot Password button and follow the prompts to set your password. If you are having trouble logging in, please try resetting your password first, then reach out to Mandy if you are still having issues.

You may also use the VicTouch online volunteer clock mobile app (it is a white icon with the words VicTouch in black and orange). You can find the ID number that you need to log in at the shelter volunteer station or by emailing Mandy.
