Love cats and want to help more find loving homes? There are so many ways to support our work, whether you’re able to give time, donations or welcome a cat into your home.
Adopt
Provide a cat in need a loving home and open up more space in our shelter for another cat. Stop in to see our current cats up for adoption; you might just meet your new best friend!
Volunteer
Volunteers are the backbone of Cat Care Society, providing invaluable support to our daily operations and care for cats. Take a hands-on role with the cats or help us out at events or by offering your professional skills.
*Must be 16 years or older to volunteer.
Foster
Cat Care Society is looking for more foster homes to help us continue saving lives by opening up more space in our shelter! Cats in foster homes receive loving care in an environment that is less stressful and provides a healthy and safe place for development and enrichment.
Donate
Cat Care Society provides care for approximately 800 cats each year, and your generous contributions ensure we’re able to continue providing food, shelter and life-saving medical treatment to Colorado cats in need. Whether you are able to give time, money or resources, the cats will surely appreciate it.
Sponsor an Adoption
Not ready or not able to adopt a cat right now but still want to help? Sponsor a cat’s adoption! Simply donate toward the care of a senior, adult cat or a kitten. The cat – and his or her future adopter – will appreciate it!
Spread the Word
Subscribe to our e-mewsletter and follow us on social media to keep in touch with Cat Care Society and get your fix of adorable cats. Tell a friend about us or share our posts to your pages to spread the word even further and help us get more cats in loving homes. It’s free and easy!
Shop for a Cause
Send supplies to us through our Amazon or Chewy wishlists is an easy way to provide for the shelter cats. For a list of most-needed shelter items, please visit our Ways to Give page. You can also score yourself some sweet CCS swag by shopping for merch at our online Bonfire store or by visiting our on-site and online Meow Mart for all your cat-related needs. Or, pick up an e-gift card for that cat lover in your life.
How Do Your Donations Help?
- $2,500 pays for speciality veterinary care and services for special needs cats
- $1,000 pays for five cats to receive dental care and treatment
- $500 pays for 10 spay and 20 neuter surgeries
- $250 pays for a month's worth of food and care for 25 kittens
- $100 buys a week of litter for shelter cats
