CATalyst Council is a non-profit organization devoted to changing society's image of cats as aloof and not needing human contact or care. Their vision is to raise the level of care and welfare of cats by cat owners. In 2009, the CATalyst Council announced their picks for the top 10 cat-friendly cities, and Denver was on the list!
